Thank you for the encouragement and compliments. Yes, they all have some odd petty issues, but I don't get sucked into that. I'm there to celebrate their 50 years. I just want to feel good and healthy and have fun with it.
Steph...I am considering a fast to begin. Then I would move to "Ultimate Meal" shakes. I have done that before and they are healthy and would help ease my system back into the vegetarian menu. I'm also doing water aerobics and have just begun Tai Chi.
