New furnace is in and the house is nice and warm again.
(Actually, even with all the cold weather, we never got below 62F, so our insulation did it's job. ) |

Yesterday, we got to spend the day with my sister-in-law and her husband who were up from Texas visiting his brother and their family in Peoria. Had a wonderful time. Wish they lived closer. They're terrific people ... both he and his brother ... and they've got terrific families ... both of them. |

Thsee last few days spent with friends and family have been superb! However a co-worker isn't having a good time of things due to their spouse being hospitalized. Another friend and I are going on a 160mile round trip trek tomorrow to go bring them some holiday goodies, necessary items, and love. I love helping others! that makes me smile |
