Well, it's been quite awhile. I closed on the house (worst experience of my life and I hope to never have to buy another one again). Everything is moved in, fish did not end up on the floor, and all the essentials are unpacked. I'm stuck with satellite internet that sucks and a severe lack of cell service (but the bright side is telemarketers can't really call me).

The Antares rocket launch, postponed from yesterday, should be visible for much of the East Coast (US) tonight (yes, they were predicting that it would be visible for much of the East Coast last night, but hey).

Looks like my cancer doctor is retiring. This makes four of my doctors who've retired this year. Too bad, they've been terrific. Hope the new ones will be as good.  |

At least the four are, number one, at the point that they can retire (I'm glad for them) and with the rising regulations and costs and government interference, they're spending too much time not treating patients. That's sad.  Oh well, here's hoping the doctors that I've met and who will take over for them all seem like they'll be good, too!

later today or tomorrow depending on the time zone your in I am going in for a TEE and i have had them in the past but this one i am very nervous about this one as one of my sons said he wanted to go in case something goes wrong.
