Sharni---As you know;I have been riding for over 42 yrs.I currently
have a '71 Triumph Bonneville;bought new in Connecticut.
It is chopped,hardtail,8"fork extension,5.10 Goodyear Speedgrip
rear tire;Harley rim-custom spoked to a Triumph hub,step seat,
custom wired with a hand made electrical box,hand made sissy-
bar,Black imron paint with Kelly Green pinstriping And "Irish"on the custom dished and mounted peanut gas tank.One tooth lower
countrsproket gear(for quicker engine windup in the 1/4 mile)1/4"
steel gusseted and molded!The engine has too many speed modifications to mention.Besides-Unless you were a gear head;
you wouldn't know what I'm talking about.In '72;I attended the
Triumph factory school.I got an A in mechanics and an A+ in advanced mechanics.I can rebuild a Triumph engine in my sleep.
All of the engine tolerances and clearances are in my head.I don't
ride my bike that much anymore but it has too much sentimental
value too part with it.Not counting;many hours of work! Irish
