* what... a mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Total snow and
sleet accumulations of less than one half inch and ice
accumulations less than one-tenth inch are expected.

* Where... most of the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.

* When... snow and sleet will transition to freezing rain through
the midday hours, eventually becoming rain this afternoon.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
