Seeking a film that is a well told story, contains nudity, sex, frollick, intrigue, love, self discovery and intensity? Then I recommend this beautiful steamy film, Sex and Lucia . A weaving of stories I found most enjoyable. Granted it's in Spanish and you need to read the subtitles. But its well worth it. Peek at the trailer, you may see why.

I love so much about this film it would be difficult to choose just one sex/nude scene. Paz Vega is such a lovely.

9 Songs , a film by Michael Winterbottom, has been described as an honest love story. Perhaps too honest. Some may view it as only sex and music. What I saw might be how I would want my home sex movie to look. If I were to produce one. I love the camera angles and lighting.

The story isn't all that exciting, as life rarely is. But the sex is real, exciting and varied. Full frontal male and female nudity, as well as full penetration and some great forays into oral, masturbation, bondage play and a sweet scene in the tub where she gives him a foot job.

The music is from bands such as Primal Scream, The Dandy Warhols, Elbow, Franz Ferdinand and others.

I say it's worth a view.

haven't seen the whole movie just clips but it got good reviews at the Toronto Film Fest last year if I remember correctly - it's called Shortbus.

This was a theatre release movie but the actors are actually having sex. In the opening sequence, there's a M/F couple going at it, a guy who needs his woman to somewhat Dom him so he can j/o and a guy who tries to suck his own cock and then drink his own cum. I know there's also a 3 way gay scene in the movie.

OK dating myself deep throat was the last adult film I saw outside of a bachelor party Debbie Does Dallas at a bachelor party neither one did anything for me or impressed me. There were a couple I saw in the over the air cable days but can't remember the names

A more main stream film with some sizzle... for me anyways is Bull Durham. I think that Annie Savoy was one smart cookie... I love the way her and Crash Davis tear it up in the kitchen... and the bedroom... and... *sigh*

Never thought of it before as far as actual mainstream xrate movies go. The old 70's genre is just that. OLD. I'll look at the pack of new stuff and come back with my leader for favs. And I'll not classify porn as a mainstream xrate movie.

All of these films can be found pretty easily at your local video rental place, the only "real X-rated" ones mentioned were Deep Throat and Debbie Does Dallas. I think there is much good sex to be found in mainstream movies if we're looking for it.

I had to check this out. I love when it's an older movie because I can often find a used copy for little to nothing. What a treasure this one turned out to be. Thank you for the heads up on this one loves2laugh!

Tagged as: The story of a younger man, and a bolder woman.

There are so many nuances in the characters that I couldn't help but enjoy this film. Her modus operandi for seduction seems to work well and serves well to steam the screen. I love how her face flushes red from blowing him, I love that she is less than perfect, outwardly seems to be all so wrong, but in looking deeper, Nora is just what Max needs and Max is just what Nora needs.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Seems that I saw the synopsis of the story leading up to that scene was that he caught her with another guy & was ready to throw her out, & the BJ was her way of trying to make it up somehow...that would be the only way I could be so mean after such a 1st rate hummer...

Not a scene but another film recommendation.

The Lover directed by: Jean-Jacques Annaud - Starring: Jane March and Tony Leung

She gave her innocence, her passion, her body. The one thing she couldn't give was her love.

The Lover is a film that even after I’ve finished watching it, it lingers in my mind. Perhaps because it touches so many senses, the story permeates into ones psyche. This film actually seems to transport the viewer to another time, another place, 1929 Indochina to be precise. As I listen to the narrative I can feel myself there, Vietnam of the 1930’s, the heat of the day, the wind in my face as I am on the ferry crossing the Mekong River.

This semi-autobiographical recollection of Marguerite Duras is a beautifully told and photographed story of a first and lasting love that was to be denied due to the social mores of the time, a classic tale of star-crossed lovers. The passion and sex in this film is gentle and erotic. I’ve concluded that Duras was a forward thinking woman, forced to age sooner than she should have due to her family situation. At a tender age she was forced to deny her true feelings of love due to strong prejudices and societal values. She even tried to convince herself that it wasn’t really love at all that she felt for the Chinaman.

One fascinating tidbit about the story is that the characters don't have names. The character played by Jane March is only known as the young girl and the part played by Tony Leung is only known as the Chinaman. This leads one to think that either she is protecting identities or she wanted the story to have a feel that is more universal in scope and others may have had a similar experience and could relate to it on some level.

I found this film to be a wonderful period piece and great escape. I like the way I felt transported and was able to slide into the story. Would I recommend this film? Oh yes I would. I would also say if you prefer to read you can pick up Duras' book by the same title.

One of the first lines of from The Lover or L'Amant, Duras's semi-autobiographical novella:

"Everyone says you were beautiful when you were young, but I want to tell you I think you're more beautiful now than then. Rather than your face as a young woman, I prefer your face as it is now. Ravaged."

I totally agree with Steph.The Unbearable Lightness of Being is one of my all time favourite movies,loved the book to. Juliette Binoche is so hot. Got it on VHS,looking for it on DVD.
