They say tofu tastes like what ever you mix it with...does that include beer? Could they make Beerfu?

I was thinking about the "hop over" kind of hops, but thankfull for the other kind too.

I've seen tofurkey in stores but it's $40 and I'd be the only one eating it. Too pricey for me. I'll wait until I have kids and they can share in the feast.
