I stop and eat lunch in a park or something quite a bit on a nice day so I'll say restaurant just for a change of pace.

I've seen both be "best" depending on the restaurant and what the dinner is all about. Usually, though, I prefer to order off the menu :) (although I miss the going back for seconds :( )

I'll say late, but for me that would be around 7am.

Diet soda (with diabetes I had to get used to it :( ) Fortunately, I can still drink "hi-test" coffee! :)

I prefer Merry Christmas but usually use Happy Holidays nowadays.

Oh, I'd have to miss it altogether. It would drive me nuts to be 10 minutes late even if I was assured I didn't miss anything.

CD probably ... but I still like vinyl, too.

Cheeseburgers in general but you can't beat a plain burger nice and thick cooked on the grill done perfectly to medium-rare. Maybe just a little onion and ketchup. No need for cheese there.

Ribs - but that was a close call. :)

If I have anything to drink, it's usually before the dinner is served. Coffee afterwards.

I've learned to like walking around the block again since I moved back to my hometown but you can't beat taking a walk in the park.

We like the Christmas Eve service. Let's us sleep a bit more in the morning and not have to rush through things to get to church on Christmas day.

Oh, watching others. I don't care if I ever get a gift at all. You can't beat seeing others get theirs. Especially the little ones.
