Jeepers! Is it really that long since I posted in here??? :boohoo:

Sadly, other than to tell you all that luscious Liz appears to have been furloughed from her job (whatever that is!) for the past 6-7 weeks of our so-called 'lockdown', there have been precisely NO cheeky wee sightings of any of my local lovelies since, well, last year I guess! :(

What I did see this morning was that one of the fence panels round Liz's garden has become detached somehow, leaving a wide gap through which her garden is easily visible. It's as delicate and 'twee' as I thought it was, but a rather nice place to spend some hours, especially in the mostly sunny weather we've had lately.

No idea what happened to the fence, but I'm surmising it was by someone's hand rather than nature. Ho hum.

Bring on the summer!

Let me echo Goofy in being glad to see your post. Always worry when we haven't seen someone we enjoy hearing from not post for a while. Main thing, of course, is you and yours take care and stay safe. You know you're always welcome!

Keeping my fingers crossed that one of these days you'll surprise us with a new sighting of the "local loviies". :D Sure miss those tantalizing tidbits!

Of course the main thing is seeing Danger Mouse back again! ;)

Oh I'm here most days DB, just not got much to say; sadly, and in particular, to this thread! :boohoo:

Hmmm. Gotta wonder what's happend to the fair ladies whose appearance graced the thread fairly often in the past. Darn. Well, hope springs eternal. :)

You and yours take care!

Well now! Out with the dog (singular; sadly, we had to have the wee guy PTS a few weeks ago :tear: ) and passed by luscious Liz's house in the opposite direction to usual. Bearing in mind this was lunchtime, it was delightful indeed to see her leaving her house and getting into her car to go somewhere.

Not seen any of these wonderful ladies for weeks now, but I was very happy to see her figure remains luscious and enticing, even after nearly 5 months of lockdown and gradual easing. Her hair too was just as lovely as I remember, a lovely dark red but now longer with a soft wave - lovely! Simply confirmed what a sexy and attractive woman she is!

As for the others; not seen Mandy, who started this whole crusade, (and who lives right through the wall remember!) for over 6 months. Spoken to her hubby a few times, and she is working from home and rarely leaves the house at all.
Barbara, the shower queen, doesn't seem to do so at the same times any more and, her daughter (Jill) moved out; though I have seen her car visiting once or twice, not seen her.
As for Maggie the spaniel-walker; the big dog can't manage the stairs to the grass pitches any more ~ actually, he can't get back up them once we're down, as I found a few months ago) so even if she has been there, I wouldn't have seen her.

So, that's my sad tale of woe. I fear things will never return to what they once were, but I will keep you all posted if they do!

Good to hear that at least the ladies are still there. Hope springs eternal! :)

Good to hear from you, too, DM. You and yours take care.

Sad to hear about the dogs, though.

Thanks gg. Yeah, it was a bit of a wrench, but we figured it was his time; quality of life was only going one way and it was a peaceful end.

The Big Yin is tripping over his own feet a bit more than he was, but otherwise seems OK for now. Amazingly, after well over 14 years where they were barely apart, he seems neither up nor down about the wee one not being here anymore. We thought he'd be pining like crazy - maybe him being there too was a help? Who knows.

Shore do hope Big Yin is still doing pretty gud, DM. Always sad to see a pet gon to it's rest. Wez luvs 'em like they be people and all. Give Big Yin a nice pettin' and that the ol' Goof sends his best.
